1. Services

Off The Map Mobile Detailing ("Company," "we," "us") provides mobile automotive detailing services in Fresno, CA and the surrounding 30-mile area. Services are performed at the customer's specified location (home, office, or other agreed-upon address).

Service offerings include but are not limited to: exterior detailing, interior detailing, ceramic coating, paint polishing, steam cleaning, headlight restoration, and engine bay cleaning. Specific inclusions for each package are described at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online form, or booking link. A booking is confirmed when you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location. A standard outdoor water access point is required for most services. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be accommodated without charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service price.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible in such cases.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific services requested. All prices are in US dollars.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major payment methods as communicated at booking. Promotional discounts (such as first-time customer offers) are applied at booking and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked (where interior work is required) at the scheduled time.
• Remove personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
• Disclose any known pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage, or sensitivities (e.g., damaged paint, aftermarket parts) that may affect the service.
• Provide access to a standard outdoor water spigot when required for exterior services.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

We perform a general walk-around assessment before beginning work where possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, chips, dents, faded paint, or other damage present before service. If you have concerns about pre-existing conditions, please discuss them with us before the service begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Off The Map Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, vehicle age, or the use of materials appropriate for automotive detailing.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

8. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns, which may include a complimentary re-service of the affected area at our discretion.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number at booking or via our website forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Off The Map Mobile Detailing and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Fresno County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
